Kay's Pantry
We serve clients in our community by providing food to families in need on a bi-weekly basis for those who are unable to receive full food stamps through the Department of Family and Children Services.
In order to receive services you will need to provide the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card(s) for yourself and all members of your household. (Note: Household refers to anyone living in your place of residence, whether or not they are related to you.)
- Proof of Address through the mail in the last 30 days (some type of bill)
- Mortgage or Lease/Rental Agreement
- Proof of Income (Income Tax Return, Bank Statement, Paycheck Stub (for everyone who works in your household), Food Stamp Letter, Child Support, Social Security Determination Letter, Disability Determination Letter, or other proof of income)
