Eligibility for Lilburn Co-op Services
Requirements and Service Areas
Clients who are eligible may receive food 1-2 times per month, clothing once every 6 months, and in emergency situations (i.e., potential eviction and utilities being cut off from loss of job or extenuating circumstances), may receive financial assistance once annually, if they meet income guidelines. Please note that the Lilburn Co-op does not accept government (i.e., taxpayer) funding. Everything we do is funded by churches, businesses, organizations and individuals.

The following documentation is required to receive services:
- Photo ID
- Social Security Card(s) for yourself and all members of your household. (Note: Household refers to anyone living in your place of residence, whether or not they are related to you.)
- Proof of Address through the mail in the last 30 day (some type of bill)
- Mortgage or Lease/Rental Agreement
- Proof of Income (income tax return, bank statement, paycheck stub (for everyone who works in your household), food stamp letter, child support, social security determination letter, disability determination letter or other proof of income)
Service Areas
- We serve families and individuals in Lilburn (30047), Stone Mountain (30087), and the Gwinnett County portion of Tucker (30084) that is located below Lawrenceville Highway. See map below.
- We also serve members of supporting churches (regardless of where the member lives) provided that the members are in “good standing” and have been referred by their church.
